✅ Return & Exchange Policy

We offer 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

Note: We do not offer refunds. Only exchange is available.


✅ Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Customer must provide proof (unboxing video/pictures)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Used or damaged products by customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Size issues without stock availability


🚚 Exchange Process

  2. Share your order number and issue details

  3. Send product back to our return address

  4. Once received and inspected, exchange will be processed

Return Shipping Cost:
Customer will pay the return courier charges unless we delivered the wrong or damaged item.


💳 Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds on any orders due to Cash on Delivery (COD) policy. Refund will only be issued if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Duplicate payment was made mistakenly

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 7 working days.


📦 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
